Founded and directed by María Ruiz, an art historian and art market specialist, the practice is built on a refined understanding of art as both cultural language and long-term value.

Raised in a small town in the Valencian Community, shaped by the light and the sea that inspired Sorolla, María’s way of seeing was formed early—understanding beauty as rhythm, material, and emotion. Her academic path continued in Murcia, under the symbolic presence of Salzillo, where she developed a deep sensitivity to the historical and emotional layers of art.

Madrid marked the consolidation of her professional trajectory. Through museums, galleries, and private collections, her perspective expanded alongside the great masters of the Spanish Golden Age, the disruptive legacy of Picasso, and the modern clarity of photographers such as Masats. There, she came to understand the art market as a complex ecosystem where creation, history, economy, and desire intersect.
